The AMOS Project aims to facilitate dialogue and collaboration among Central New York’s thought leaders on sustainability, focusing on technology & entrepreneurship, agriculture & biotechnology, workforce & education, research & development, green building, and lifestyle & natural resources.
The project headquarters, located in downtown Syracuse, is a center where people come together to share insights and perspectives on environmental issues. Central location and state-of-the-art technology, such as digital whiteboards and high-definition displays, makes headquarters an ideal space for members to host meetings, presentations, press conferences, tech demos, and other events.
The AMOS Project members also receive regional exposure through a comprehensive marketing campaign incorporating elements of broadcast, online and public relations. The AMOS Project Headquarters also hosts special public forums and live radio broadcasts – including NewsRadio 570-WSYR’s “The Jim Reith Show”.

The headquarters itself is an example of environmentally-friendly urban renewal; a commercial space built to LEED Gold Certified standards, inside a 130-year old Erie Canal-era building.

Visitors passing by the space are invited to learn about The AMOS Project and its members by interacting with our touch screen displays projected right onto the front windows.

Day-to-day operations are handled by Clear Channel Communications. A team of project managers are assigned to the operations of the venue and will provide all services to include: member relations, construction plans, regulations, training, inventory, and accounting functions.
